According to Impractical Jokers, musician Post Malone was almost arrested by NYPD during a Season 10 prank.

STATEN ISLAND, NEW YORK — According to the New York Post, one of the Impractical Jokers got into some trouble with the NYPD while filming a prank for Season 10 with rapper Post Malone.

Brian “Q” Quinn and Post Malone, who appeared as a guest on the program, dressed as parking attendants at Little Man Parking on East 22nd Street in Manhattan during the prank. According to the Post, Malone pretended to use marijuana in the car of an unsuspecting customer.

“Boss, thanks for letting me smoke that up in there, man,” the rapper remarked to Quinn, choking as smoke filter out of the car.

While the establishment was complicit, the customers were not; one even contacted the authorities.

According to the Washington Post, James “Murr” Murray said the client apologized after finding he was on the hidden-camera show.

“Once we informed him what was going on, the person who phoned the cops really had a pretty charitable attitude about it,” Quinn recalled.

The Season 10 debut of “Impractical Jokers” will air on truTV and TBS on Thursday, February 9 at 10 p.m.

If you don’t have truTV or TBS, you may watch it on DirecTV Stream, which has both stations. New and returning fans may also watch the whole season on SLING TV with the SLING Blue basic package, which includes live and on-demand access to other great truTV series.

This season’s visitors include Post Malone, artist John Mayer, rock icon Bret Michaels, singer Kesha, NBA All-Star Anthony Davis, and actor Paul Rudd.

Monday will be designated as “Impractical Jokers Day” to commemorate the 10th season. Borough President Vito Fossella will deliver the renowned award to the Jokers – Staten Island longtime pals Quinn, Murray, and Sal Vulcano — at the St. George Theatre.

Following the event, truTV and partner SLING TV will play the opening episode of season 10 followed by a Q&A with Murray, Vulcano, and Quinn.
