After a picture of a woman rumored to be Kwesi Arthur’s girlfriend surfaced online last week, the Ghanaian musician led news trends.
The “Celebration” singer wished an attractive unnamed woman a happy birthday by sharing a snapshot of them cuddling up together on his social media pages.
The aforementioned woman had generated a lot of buzz on social media due to rumors that she was Kwesi Arthur’s girlfriend.
Efia Odo renounced her status as his biggest fan in an interview with Osei Felicia on Onua FM shortly after the image went viral.
“Yes, I enjoy his songs. But I’m no longer his biggest admirer,” Efia admitted to host Felicia.
Efia said when asked why her admiration for the rapper has abruptly diminished;
“Sometimes people can do things that turn you off and then it’s like okay I can’t really be a fan of you anymore. I still like his music but not his biggest fan anymore.”
Their supporters believed that Efia’s criticism of Kwesi Arthur shortly after the viral appearance of a photo of his girlfriends was the cause of her bitterness.
However, Efia reveals that she has known about Kwesi’s lady for some time in an interview with Zeinat Issahaku of Ameyaw TV.
Efia clarified, “People have this notion that it was because of the girl but it isn’t,” adding, “I even knew about the girl.”
