Paul Rudd discusses his children’s opinions on him as the Ant-Man.

Recently, Paul Rudd said that his kids don’t mind that he’s Ant-Man.

Rudd talked about how his 13-year-old daughter and 17-year-old son felt about his being a Marvel superhero in a recent interview with PEOPLE.

The 53-year-old remarked, “I think I’m dad more than I’m Ant-Man or in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Yes, Rudd said, adding that he and his wife, the producer Julie Yaeger, had two children together. They shouldn’t care, and they don’t.

According to the site, Rudd was joined by his wife on the red carpet for the Regency Village Theatre debut of his newest film.

Rudd explained, “It’s like this type of thing doesn’t just happen, so it’s coming up on nearly 10 years, which is a long time, and it’s been a crazy trip,” when asked about portraying his character Scott Lang for 10 years.

I’ve had the opportunity to go to several nations. I’ve connected with a lot of individuals I never would have, and being a part of something with such a broad audience has been an incredible experience,” the celebrity said.

On February 17, Rudd’s latest film, Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, will debut in theaters.
